Unblock messages from someone on Workplace

To unblock messages from someone on Workplace Chat:
  1. From your Workplace homepage, open Workplace Chat by clicking in the left panel.
  2. Open a one to one chat with the person you want to unblock. You can find them by searching and clicking on their name.
  3. Click Unblock at the bottom of the chat panel.
